A Tanács következtetéseket hagyott jóvá az EU hibrid fenyegetésekre való reagálási képességének megerősítéséről. Következtetéseiben a Tanács uniós szinten koordinált és stratégiai megközelítést szorgalmaz.

A Tanács további hat hónappal, azaz 2026. szeptember 15-ig meghosszabbította az Ukrajna területi integritását, szuverenitását és függetlenségét aláásó vagy fenyegető cselekményekért felelős személyek és szervezetek jegyzékbe vételét.
