The EU executive wants to boost Europea AI chips production and cloud services

Longtemps perçu comme une ressource banale, abondante et sans valeur stratégique, le sable est devenu en quelques décennies une matière première au cœur des dynamiques de développement économique, de puissance territoriale et de conflictualité environnementale. Ressource indispensable à la construction des infrastructures, au fonctionnement des industries de pointe et, plus récemment, à certaines pratiques agricoles innovantes, il constitue aujourd’hui l’un des piliers matériels du développement humain.
