Démographie au Monténégro : toujours moins de naissances

Cela fait bien longtemps que le taux de natalité est en berne au Monténégro, hormis une courte embellie après la restauration de l'indépendance en 2006. Pour tenter d'inverser la courbe, il faudrait des politiques publiques ambitieuses, garantissant les droits des familles mais aussi une meilleure insertion des femmes dans la société.
